This variety of coffee is produced in the region of Nicaragua Matagalpa, Jinotega. Sophisticated green-blue granules are mainly grown in traditional shaded plantations coming from small farmers over 1200 meters In Nicaragua, coffee is grown in mountainous and volcanic areas.

It is an essential source of revenue for the country. Coffee represents one-third of the country’s food exports.
