Recipe Ingredients<\/p>\n

100g butter<\/p>\n

200g chocolate<\/p>\n

5 tbsp filter coffee @granespresso<\/p>\n

150g sugar<\/p>\n

2 eggs<\/p>\n

1 vanilla<\/p>\n

100g flour<\/p>\n

20g cocoa \u00a0| Ecuador Bitter<\/a><\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

Melt the butter with the 170g couverture in Ben Marie.<\/p>\n

Remove from the heat, add the French coffee and sugar and stir.<\/p>\n

Once cool, add the eggs one by one, mix and add the vanilla and the sifted cocoa flour.<\/p>\n

Add the remaining 30 g of couverture in pieces to the mixture.<\/p>\n

Butter a pan with cocoa and bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.<\/p>\n

Recipe for 9 brownies.<\/p>\n
