INGREDIENTS
500 g. whipped cream
1 condensed milk
2 vanelines
1cup of coffee @granespresso
petit beurre biscuits
Implementation
Mix the cream until it becomes whipped cream. Add the vanilla, the sweetened condensed milk and the cup of filter coffee | Gran Espresso.
Mix using a mixer until well blended
In a bowl place a layer of cookies on top of the ice cream and then again a layer of cookies.
Make sure the cookies are placed so that they can be cut into sandwiches when the ice cream is frozen.
Leave in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
