Recipe Ingredients

100g butter

200g chocolate

5 tbsp filter coffee @granespresso

150g sugar

2 eggs

1 vanilla

100g flour

20g cocoa  | Ecuador Bitter

METHOD

Melt the butter with the 170g couverture in Ben Marie.

Remove from the heat, add the French coffee and sugar and stir.

Once cool, add the eggs one by one, mix and add the vanilla and the sifted cocoa flour.

Add the remaining 30 g of couverture in pieces to the mixture.

Butter a pan with cocoa and bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Recipe for 9 brownies.
