Recipe ingredients
1 packet of savoy
2 capsules Top Selection | Gran Espresso
2 sachets of pastry cream
cocoa GRAN \ Ecuador Bitter
METHOD
Make the espresso in the espresso machine and let it cool. We can also add some liqueur for a more intense taste.
Mix the contents of the pastry cream sachets with milk in the mixer (according to the instructions on the package) to fluff.
Put a tablespoon of espresso in the mixture and stir.
Dip the savoys in the espresso and place them making a layer in a pan.
Put half of the cream on top. Place another layer of savoy dipped in the espresso and the rest of the cream on top.
Leave in the fridge.
Garnish with GRAN cocoa and serve.
